Access to the garden and pool area is through the front door and also from the sitting/ dining room, immediately beyond which is a terrace with a dining table and sitting area which overlooks the pool.
The pool area is permanently fenced apart from the terrace: we have temporary fencing to close this off. (Please ask where to find this when you arrive).
There are sun loungers around the pool, perfect for a nap, and a large astro-turf space beside the pool.
There is an external shower by the pool, and parasols are available upon request.
Beyond the pool is a large outside stone dining table under a pergola and a BBQ (charcoal) area. It’s an ideal space for lunch al fresco and in for evening for dining beside the floodlit pool.
The exterior and pool area is all-age friendly.
Our pool manager will visit at least once a week to clean and check the pool.
The pool is 37m2 – and its longest length is 10 meters, and broadest length is 6 meters.
The shallow end is nearest to the house, and we do not recommend or advise diving or jumping into the pool.
Please Note: we do not accept liability if a guest slips on wet tiles. Please take care and do not run around the pool or inside the house with wet feet. Please see our Health and Safety Policy below.
The Garden areas
Plants: please be aware that, as in every garden there may be some plants there are more dangerous than others: for example, the pink and white hedges are poisonous if ingested. There are also sharp thorns on some plants. Please take care especially with children.
Insects: the villa and grounds are fumigated regularly but we are situated on the edge of a nature reserve and cannot exclude every insect or bug whose natural habitat this is.

The BBQ and Dining Area
At the far end of the pool is a dining area covered by a pergola, ideal for al fresco lunches and evening dining.
Behind this is the BBQ area. The BBQ is charcoal fired, and equipment may be found in the utilities area by the kitchen.
Please fully extinguish the BBQ after cooking. Charcoal may be purchased in the village.
Outside the apartment, which has its own door, is a covered seating area available for use by guests, even if not renting the apartment.
The Hot Tub situated nearby is not available to rent at this time as it is not covered by our insurance for guests, and for health and safety reasons.
Behind the kitchen there is a small garden area.
The external areas are spacious around the villa, and there is parking for three cars within the property boundaries.
