Regulations

Whilst we will do everything we can to secure the safely of our guests while they are in the villa, we cannot guarantee guests safely while on holiday.

By using or accessing Villa La Fuente you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the website, and the Regulations and Rules contained herein.

House Rules

All guests are required to follow villa rules and standard requirements, which include having a confirmed phone number, email address and payment information, as well as agreeing to our House rules.

General

• You are required to complete the Guest List with passport numbers and contact address of everyone staying in the villa. Please also note the additional Indemnity Document which must be signed within 24 hours of your arrival, and other documentation that accompanies this website information documents
• No events allowed.
• Smoking, vaping, e.cigarretes are all permitted in the grounds and dining / sitting area but nowhere else.
• No commercial photography / filming allowed.
• No pets.
• No groups of young people unless agreed by us in advance.
• No stag or hen parties.
• Please be responsible use of the pool especially with children.
• We provide bed linen and bathroom towels. Please do not use them by the pool or take them to the beach.
• We do NOT provide swimming/beach towels and please ask you to bring your own.
• We thank you for not sitting on the sofas in wet swimming costumes and for not taking cushions or furniture from the house to the pool area.
• Please use water sparingly: Water is scarce in Spain, please be economical with water and do not leave taps running while cleaning teeth, shaving etc
• Toilets: please do not put anything down the toilets except sparing amounts of toilet paper.

Security

Please use the aluminium bolt to secure the sliding glass doors onto the patio, and lock the back door when you leave the property and at night. Please also ensure that the main gate is closed at all times.  We do not accept responsibility for guests’ property and may claim if items are lost from the villa as a result of guests not securing the property properly. 

Swimming pool

We do not accept liability if a guest slips on wet tiles.  Please take care and do not run around the pool or inside the house with wet feet.  The shallow end is near to the house and we do not recommend diving or jumping into the pool.  The pool will be cleaned at least once a week.

Rubbish

Rubbish is not collected.  You need to take it to the bins and recycling bins located up and down the road from the villa.

BBQ

There is a charcoal BBQ available for your use. Please ensure that the BBQ is properly extinguished before going to bed or when you have finished using it.  You will need to buy your own charcoal.

Jacuzzi

The use of the jacuzzi is strictly prohibited and is not functioning.

Plants

The pink and white hedges are poisonous if eaten.  There are also sharp thorns on some plants, please take care especially with children.  Please could you kindly give some water to the plants on the terrace.

Insects

The villa and grounds are fumigated regularly but we are situated on the edge of a nature reserve and cannot exclude every “creepy crawly” whose natural habitat this is.

Breakage

Please advise us of any breakages during your stay

23.00 hrs – 08.00 hrs

Please note, our neighbours are very pleasant and welcoming, and many live in their homes permanently and are working during the day so we ask you to use your discretion.

Number of Guests: up to 10. Negotiate for 12

Please do not arrive with additional guests without agreeing this with us first.

Please note the details required on the Indemnity Form signed and sent to us upon arrival, which contains guest detail information including passport and contact details.

Please also note our Data Protection policy: we will not hold this information beyond the holiday rental arrangement with us.
