Villa La Fuente

The Main House accommodation provides bedrooms for up to 8 guests.

There is a separate basement apartment available to rent which can sleep an additional 2 guests – and a sofa bed for two more. It’s cosy!

Spaciously arranged in an open plan style, there is a bright and airy living room with a Smart TV- Wi-Fi and a fireplace for out-of-season stays, with dining area beside a well-equipped spacious separate kitchen. Most of the living area is on a single level.

There is no formal disabled access into the main house as there are a few stairs into the accommodation, but the villa may suit guests with reduced mobility.

The sitting and dining area lead on to a large, covered terrace which overlooks the pool the area and is ideal for dining and for escaping the direct sun.

There are two sitting areas, both with sofas and chairs, with a smart TV and an open fireplace. The dining table extends to seat 10. Access to the covered terrace and the pool area is from here.
Kitchen and Utility room

The kitchen is well appointed with all the mandatory utensils and two fridge freezers, a dishwasher and washing machine. The cooker instructions may be found in the Information Pack we send to guests in advance of their stay. There is a small table and four chairs in the kitchen area.
Master bedroom 1

On the upper level of the house, the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom & overhead shower. It opens onto a large terrace with 180’ degree views. There is also a space with a desk and child’s cot. There is air conditioning.
Master bedroom 2

A large well-lit bedroom with views to the Mar Menor: it is generally set up as a double bedroom but may be spilt into single beds. There is an ensuite with bathroom with an overhead shower. There is air conditioning.
Bedrooms 3 & 4

These are set up as singles. There is air conditioning. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom.
The Apartment

This is rented out upon request. The apartment allows for a maximum of 4, making the whole villa able to accommodate 10 – 12. The apartment bedroom is set up as a singles but may be set up as a double. There is an ensuite shower room. There is a separate living area in the apartment with kitchenette, sofa bed and with access to a shaded exterior patio set under a pergola.
