Discounts
Monthly stay: 10% discount on standard fees

Additional charges
Cleaning and Management Fee: €180 per stay, including short stays, for all bookings
Returnable Deposit: £600 / 650 Euro to cover damages and excessive use of water or electricity
Payment
Payment is by electronic or bank transfer. Details on the invoice.
There is a 25% non returnable deposit appan booking confirmation, and full payment is no less than four weeks before check-in date.
Cancellation Policy summary
25% deposit to be paid upon booking – this is non-refundable after 48 hours.
75% refund: for cancellation up to 28 days of the check in date.
50% refund: for cancellation up to 7 days (a full week) before check in date.
0% refund: for cancellation made within 7 days of check in date.

Booking & Staying
How to book
The Booking Process:
Please send an enquiry via the website with all details including date request and a brief description of your group and reason for stay (this is so we can get to know you a little!)
We will respond as quickly as possible and within 24 hrs to discuss your holiday, confirm dates and send you a Booking Form and Terms and Conditions Agreement, which forms the rental agreement.
If you then wish to book, please fill in the Booking Form: Terms and Conditions Agreement and return it to us by email.
We will then sign and return a copy and send an invoice for the 25% Booking Deposit.
Please then send the Booking Deposit – bank details will be on the invoice.
We advise you to be sure you have Holiday Insurance.
Please note: Only once you have returned the signed T&C Agreement and paid the deposit will your dates be secured.
